The trail from Geiling (3570m) climbs gently through fields up the centre of the valley to the Nyi La (4020m), the southern boundary of Lo. The trail descends gently from the Nyi La to Ghemi (3510m) with terraced fields spread out around the town. Ghemi is the first town under the rule of the King of Mustang.
